Account and workspace data
Account details and forms are stored in the configured database. Form answers belong to the workspace collecting them. Only authorized users should have access.
External services
Email, payments, storage and integrations use configured adapters. A production operator must publish its contact details, retention periods, legal basis and provider list before public launch.
